Equipment Setup Overview

Our setup consists of state-of-the-art equipment designed to meet the rigorous demands of the research, design, manufacturing, and repair & maintenance industries. Each piece of equipment has been selected for its high performance, reliability, and user-friendly features, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.

1. Next Generation Universal PCB Fault Diagnosis & Test System

This sophisticated Automated Test Equipment (ATE) is a desktop unit that offers the cost-effectiveness, flexibility, and performance required by a wide range of users. It is a combinational-mixed signal board tester for PCBAs, designed to address the needs of PCB test and repair depots. With a simple-to-use graphical user interface, it integrates complex test methodologies into a single hardware platform, adapting to the evolving PCB technology and offline testing challenges.

2. Dual Port Solder/Desolder System

The MFR-1300 Series Desoldering and Rework System is a standalone unit featuring an internal pump that provides 0.7 bar pressure and 60 watts of SmartHeat® Technology. This makes through-hole desoldering effortless and protects your products from board damage. The dual-port system enhances efficiency, making it an essential tool for precision soldering and desoldering tasks.

3. Hot Air Convection Tool

The HCT-910 Hand Held Hot Air Tool is a high-performance, versatile solution for a wide range of production and rework applications. Its compact, robust design includes a digital display and encoder button for real-time temperature and airflow control. The easy-to-use interface, quick-change nozzles, and illuminated start/stop button work together to maximize productivity in a safe environment.

4. Universal Programmer

The SuperPro 6100N is a cost-effective, reliable, and high-speed universal chip programmer. It communicates via USB 2.0 for development requirements and can operate in standalone mode for production needs. It boasts the largest device support count in the industry with 144 pin drivers, making it capable of supporting high pin count chips.

5. LCR Tweezer

The LCR Pro 1 Plus offers all the great features of the LCR Pro1, with the added benefit of LED testing functionality and enhanced sensitivity to measure very small inductance down to several nHs, thanks to its ultra-low noise design and 100kHz testing frequency. In LED testing mode, it lights up the LED and displays its electrical parameters, such as polarity, forward voltage, and forward current. For bi-directional LEDs, it shows the parameters in both directions.
